*** Dremio Cloud - Notice of Upcoming Changes ***
Dear Cloud Customer,
We wanted to give you advance notice of an upcoming change to Dremio Cloud.
On Saturday May 9, 2026, Dremio Cloud's control plane will be updated as part of a planned critical infrastructure migration. The update will occur between the hours of 6am PDT and 12pm PDT. During the upgrade Dremio Cloud will not be available for short durations. You will experience up to 60 minutes of query and system uptime impact during this window.
The Dremio Cloud status page - status.dremio.com - will provide updates, including the completion of the upgrade.
Do I need to do anything? No action is required unless you have configured an IP allowlist for Dremio Cloud—in that case, you may need to review and update your settings.
Special Notice for customers that have configured IP allowlist
If you are a customer that uses IP allowlist configurations with Dremio Cloud, you will need to take action. If your organization has configured any firewall or IAM rules to explicitly allowlist Dremio’s Control Plane IP addresses, you must update them.
Action Required before May 9th: You must update the IP addresses to prevent any disruptions to your service. Recommended steps:
- Update your systems to include the following set of IP addresses.
- 18.98.18.64/28 for Dremio US Control Plane
- 18.96.46.96/28 for Dremio EU Control Plane
- After the migration, we will notify you for removal of the existing set of IP addresses. DO NOT remove any existing IP addresses until we have notified you via further communication.
Thank you for your partnership.
Kind regards,
Dremio Customer Support
